As a Labor Doula I prepare expectant mothers and their partner for the birth of their child/children. Every birth experience is unique, beautiful and unpredictable.  

As an educated advocate I can help the couple to make informed choices and become active birth participants.

 

Cost $700

Includes: 

  • An in-home pre-natal visit (2-3 hours)
  • Assistance with Birth Plan preparation 
  • Resources and Information
  • Comfort measures 
  • Unlimited physical and emotional support beginning at home
  • An advocate for laboring mother and baby
  • Assistance in creating a safe environment in which to labor
  • Give father/coach tips on providing support for the laboring mom
  • Breastfeeding assistance
  • An In-home postpartum visit (2-3 hours)
