Postpartum Doula Services

As a Postpartum Doula I specialize in multiples and offer a wide variety of services for each new family. The individual needs of each family vary tremendously. The entire family is important.   As a postpartum Doula I will offer support, address questions and concerns, thereby allowing the parents to spend more time relaxing and enjoying their baby.   The time I spend with each family varies.   The average time with a new family is one to two weeks for one baby. Three to four months with multiples.   I am flexible and will work with each family on an individual basis.

Cost $25 per hr/single baby $30 per hr/multiples

Includes:

• Newborn care and instruction
• Creating good sleep schedules
• Breastfeeding support
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Meal preparation
• Pet care
